About Raklane

What is Raklane?

A platform that builds and runs your web apps and databases for you. You bring the code; Raklane handles servers, deploys, HTTPS and monitoring.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants an app online without managing servers: developers, small teams, students learning to code, and people building apps with AI tools.

I built my app with AI. Can I still use Raklane?

Yes. If your project runs on your own computer, Raklane can usually build and run it. Connect your repository or upload your code, and Raklane works out the rest. Our Getting started guide walks you through it.

Where do my apps run?

On Raklane’s servers in Singapore, or, with Bring Your Own Compute, on your own servers wherever they are. Your account and billing data are kept on our servers in Indonesia.

Account

Is there a free trial?

Sometimes we give new accounts free credit to try Raklane, one per person. Any current offer is shown when you sign up.

Can I use Raklane if I’m under 18?

Yes, if you’re at least 13 and a parent or guardian agrees. They’re responsible for any money paid in.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Create an organization and invite members with different roles.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@raklane.com from your account’s email address. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Payments and billing

How do I pay?

Top up your prepaid wallet by bank transfer: send the money to the account shown in your dashboard, then upload your receipt there. No credit card is needed.

How fast is my balance updated?

After we check your receipt, usually within one business day. You’ll see the status of your request in the dashboard.

Which currency do you use?

Prices and payments are in IDR, as shown on the pricing page.

What happens when my balance runs out?

Pay-as-you-go apps are paused so they stop costing money. Top up and resume them from the dashboard. Hourly databases stop when the next hour can’t be paid; renew after topping up to bring them back. Other dedicated plans keep running until the end of their paid period. On your own servers nothing is stopped, but new deploys are blocked if fees stay unpaid for 72 hours.

Does my balance expire?

Balance you paid for never expires. Free credit from trials or vouchers expires on the date shown with it.

Can I get a refund?

Top-ups aren’t refundable, but we send money back if you paid twice, if we couldn’t accept your transfer, or if we credited less than you sent. See the Refund Policy.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, there are no contracts. Pause or delete an app to stop its charges. Dedicated plans simply end when you don’t renew them.

Reliability and data

Are my databases backed up?

Yes. Databases we host are backed up every day, and the last 7 backups are kept. You can also download a backup any time.

Do you guarantee uptime?

We work hard to keep Raklane running, but we don’t offer a formal uptime guarantee (SLA) yet.

How do I contact support?

Email support@raklane.com with your account email and, for payment questions, your transfer receipt.
