How do I pay?
Top up your wallet by bank transfer and upload the receipt. Once it’s approved, the credit is yours to spend. Every charge after that is deducted from the wallet.
Can I get a refund on a top-up?
No. Top-ups are non-refundable — credit can only be spent on Raklane. Top up what you expect to use.
What happens if my wallet runs out?
Pay-as-you-go apps are paused, which stops their charges. Resume them after topping up. Dedicated plans run until their paid period ends; renew to keep them.
Does a paused app cost anything?
Not on pay as you go. Charges follow running apps only.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move any app between pay as you go, a dedicated plan, and your own server from its settings. It redeploys with zero downtime.
